Designer vs. Client/boss: a never-ending battle of perspective

Designer Vs Client

As a designer, I often find myself in the position of trying to explain my design choices to a boss or client who just doesn't seem to get it. It's like we're speaking different languages!

On one hand, you have the designer's perspective, where aesthetics, usability, and user experience are top priorities. On the other hand, you have the boss or client's perspective, where budgets, timelines, and ROI reign supreme.

But at the end of the day, it's all about finding a balance and finding a way to meet in the middle. After all, a design is only as good as its ability to achieve the desired business goals.

So to all the designers out there trying to navigate the often humorous communication gap with bosses and clients, hang in there!

And to all the bosses and clients out there trying to understand the creative minds of designers, keep an open mind and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Together, we can create beautiful and effective designs that everyone can appreciate.
